DELIVERY & RETURNS
IKOALA TV & RADIO stands behind their product 100%. If at any time you order something you are not happy with it you can return it to the office or the station, and we will refund your money. The product you return must be in good condition and be able to be resold if possible. If there is a problem with any product you can contact the station manager, and we will either send you out a replacement or refund your money if you desire.
All orders received before 9am CST are processed same day, orders received after 9am CST will be processed the next business day. All orders should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
We use UPS to ship our products, and they do not ship to a P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO), or a Fleet Post Office (FPO).
If you want to ship to a Military Army Post Office (APO) – Please call us at 318-200-0743 to place an order. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipment to APO’s.
